Our policies
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all families, we’ve outlined a few simple policies that help guide how we operate at Children’s Clubhouse. We kindly ask all visitors to review them before joining a session or event. Your cooperation helps us create the nurturing environment every child deserves.

1
NOT A CHILDCARE FACILITY
Children’s Club House is NOT a licensed childcare center or facility. It is not a drop off facility, not a daycare center, and not designed to replace, complement, or supplement supervision by a parent or legal guardian. An adult parent or guardian must remain in the same room or play area as their child — NO EXCEPTIONS.
2
AGE POLICY
Children’s Club House is designed as a place for children between 6 months and 5 years old to play accompanied by a parent or guardian. We welcome infants (6–18 months), toddlers (18 months–3 years), and preschoolers (3–5 years). Each age group has access to developmentally appropriate toys, caregiver ratios, and activities. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3
SUPERVISION
All children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Only individuals listed in the child’s emergency contact form are permitted, and valid photo ID may be required. Drop-off are strictly prohibited. This is NOT a child care facility.
The parent or legal guardian is fully responsible for the child’s safety, behavior and well being at all times on the premises.
4
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Children or adults with symptoms of illness (fever, cough, vomiting, rash) may not enter the facility. Daily health checks may be conducted. All toys and surfaces are disinfected regularly. Handwashing or sanitizing is required before entering the play area. Please notify staff immediately if your child tests positive for a contagious illness. Incident reports may be completed in case of injury.
Shoes must be removed in designated areas; grip sucks are strongly recommended for children. Adults may wear clean indoor socks.
5
PLAYGROUND AND EQUIPMENT
Children’s Club House play structures are designed for children ages 6 month to 5 years only. Children older than 5 years not allowed on equipment. No roughhousing, pushing, throwing toys, or unsafe behavior will be tolerated.
6
EMERGENCIES AND INJURIES
A signed waiver is required for participation. In the event of an emergency, staff will contact 911 and notify the parent or guardian. A fully stocked first aid kit is available on-site, and staff are trained in CPR/First Aid. Emergency procedures (e.g., fire, evacuation, lockdown) are practiced regularly.
7
BEHAVIOR AND USE OF FACILITIES
We encourage respectful behavior and use positive guidance techniques such as redirection and gentle correction. Horseplay, pushing, or inappropriate language is not allowed. Physical discipline or humiliation is strictly prohibited. Socks are required for both children and adults. Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas.
8
PHOTOS AND PRIVACY POLICY
Photos or videos of other children are not allowed without written consent. Children may only be photographed or filmed for promotional use with a signed media release form. All personal records and child information are kept strictly confidential, and staff are prohibited from discussing personal matters with unauthorized persons.
9
TIME LIMITS AND PUNCTUALITY
Play sessions are time-limited (typically 90 minutes) to maintain a safe capacity and flow. Please arrive and leave on time. A late pick-up fee applies after the session ends or after closing hours, and parents must notify staff if they anticipate a delay.
10
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION POLICY, AND REFUNDS
All fees must be paid in advance.
Events: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. In the case of an event being canceled by the Club House (e.g., weather, safety concerns, low enrollment), a full refund or credit will be offered.
Memberships: Memberships are non-transferable. Monthly memberships can be canceled any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Annual memberships may be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After that period, refunds will be prorated minus a $25 administrative fee. No refunds are issued for partial months after cancellation.
11
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Memberships are for individual or family use as specified in the plan. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children.
All members must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating.
The Club House reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership for safety or policy violations. Members agree to keep their contact information up to date. Membership benefits, hours, and pricing are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
12
